Error: Your connection is not private on Chrome, Catalina, Big Sur, Monterey

OS: Catalina, Big Sur, Monterey
Browser: Chrome

With the release of Apple's Catalina version and versions forward it is not currently possible to create a "trusted" SSL certificate. But by following the steps below you can set the certificate to be trusted. This will resolve the "Your connection is not private" error when visiting a DesktopServer created site with the Chrome browser.

Here are the steps to set the ServerPress certificate to trusted.

1. Open the Keychain Access application

2. Search for serverpress

3. Double click on the certificate

4. Set the "When using this certificate" to Always Trust.

Close the certificate window and the Keychain Access window. It may ask you for the system password.

Refresh your DesktopServer website.
